The focus on emergency preparedness will allow the four communities to work together to strengthen the region’s climate response. The money will further the research and development already in progress with the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Many thanks to Senators Markey and Warren for their support and stewardship; Dick Prouty, TownGreen board chair; Manchester-by-the-Sea Town Administrator, Greg Federspiel; and Valerie Nelson, Water Alliance.
